When everything is over, it focuses on the affair of two childhood friends and their companions in the dramatic years of World War II, in Milan, between 1943 and 1945: Mario, Resistance Partisan, and Toni, a Fascist and militant.
Opposite ideals will end up in the love of homeland and freedom, in friendship, leaving ample room for reflection in which the protagonists will face their very being, the sense of everything that is war and pain, love and justice, living, tormented and complex living.
