The Salesians, teachers, alumni have seized the occasion of the centenary celebrations to gather in a publication the memoirs of the presence of Don Bosco in Borgomanerese.
Anyone who has lived in contact with this reality will find in these pages a part of their lives, relive experiences buried in the past and will make an assessment of gratitude to those who managed to bring about a turning point in his life. Without the presence of the Salesians companies in the area would not have found the impetus for the development of moral, economic and social which was implemented in the first century.
The desired text by Don Cristian Besso and Don Giovanni Di Maggio avoids both the rhetorical inspiration often found in the publications of occasions the style of the journalist, who impersonality of the report loses the true spirit of the celebration. For the development of this work written by former students and teachers in the variety of the setting favors the memory compared to the stark and looks like the memory of persons rather than the catalog of works.
