Orhan, agent of the Turkish secret service MIT, deals with special operations between Ankara and Istanbul. He must investigate on the assassination attempt made to the synagogue in Istanbul in September 1986. His investigation takes place when ignites further and landlocked, dissanguante in a stalemate, the war between Iraq and Iran and is seeking a modus vivendi with the Kurds.
