In this collection of poems, focusing on the recovery of childhood, the reader finds himself, his world, his expectations, the figures of their parents, the gestures, the words heard and locked in the memory.
It would seem, however, very simplistic to consider these verses and only generically as "re-enactment of the past." On the basis of Proust they may be listed as a real reconstruction of that age through the '"intermittent heart".
