Sergio Castradori did just the halfway point of the ninety and more than sixty years of his life were spent away from Clairvaux, the country where he was born in the Marche. When he left, he told friends and family that he would go to Milan to build on its technical studies learning a trade and then would return home.
Instead never came back, but to make up for the failure and promise not to let their roots dry up, he began to do research on dialect and customs of its people. This collection of short stories and Chiaravallese-Italiano Dictionary (Grilloparlante, Chiaravalle 2012) are the fruit, which allowed him to return home virtually.
