Inglese Lionello

Lionello Inglese was born in Rome in 1965, where he currently lives and teaches Classics in a state high school.
He studied the Greek lyric poets, Euripides, Lucretius, Plutarch and the legend of the poet Arion.

He has published translations from Appendix Vergiliana (in Antologia della poesia latina, by Luca Canali, “I Meridiani”, Milano, Mondadori 1993), from Plutarco (La curiosità, Napoli, M. D’Auria 1996) and numerous articles in professional journals.
