Emilio Paolo Taormina, was born in Palermo in 1938. His works have been translated into Albanian, Armenian, Croatian, French, English, Portuguese, Russian, Greek, German, Spanish.
He has published many poetry books and six novels. Among his latest publications: Archipiélago, ed. Plaza & Janés, with Spanish text by Carlos Vitale. Barcelona 2002, The wedding of time, editions of the clandestine sheet, Sesto San Giovanni, 2011, The rules of the rose, editions of the clandestine sheet, Sesto San Giovanni, 2014, The ledge of the crow, editions of the clandestine sheet, 2016 and with text a Spanish front by Carlos Vitale, ed. petite sin, Barcelona 2016 and with Hiacob Symonian opposite text in Armenian, Yerevan, 2016, Chronicles from a room, ed. the archer of dissent, 2017, Palermo, Gelsi neri, ed. the equator line, 2018, Parnassius apollo, ed. the archer of dissent, 2018, The hellebore garden, ed. the equator line by Fabrizio Orlandi, 2019. After the color phonograph of 1970 ed. Siculiana, Palermo, has published many notebooks and books with the logo the archer of dissent and the fifth generation Forum of Giampaolo Piccari. For fifty years he has not participated in literary prizes.
