Within the European project Erasmus Plus, called "Local & Global", aimed at creating an enterprise simulation through the design and promotion of three typical products of the country of origin, the boys of the class II High School of Sciences Human (school year 2014-15; Liceo "Don Bosco" of Borgomanero - No), under the guidance of prof. Marta Tabozzi and Ugo Agnellini, they decided to create On the table between the Novara Hills and Lake Orta, a cookbook bilingual (Italian and English) that benefits from the contribution of eleven prestigious restaurants in the area, including Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Luisa and Valazza, Piero Bertinotti, and that was presented to partner schools in London, Madrid, Malta, and Expo 2015 in Milan and the press. The recipes are traditional Piedmont dishes such as bagna cauda, agnolotti, paniscia or Bonet. Also cooked by chefs, the flavors coming from on Piedmont aim to conquer and surprise even the most skeptical of tasters.
