The collection of Pasquale Quaglia is all geared to the theme of love. The history of literature is imbued it: no one forgets Virgil, Catullus, Dante, Petrarch, Ariosto, Tasso, Shakespeare, Donne, Novalis, Baudelaire, to name but a few. Target them all would be impossible because they can not remember a poet who has not talked about love. Grapple with such massive production would freeze any author, "veins and pulses" Dante would say, but this feeling lies at the root of the continued existence of the species and, as such, is experienced by every human being in an original way. Pasquale Quaglia not immune to that impulse and feels within himself the irrepressible desire to express it and revive the cultural baggage, which are not foreign texts of songs or places of mass media clichés, addresses the situation with a look decidedly original, blending poetry, woman and inner world (Giulio Greek).
