The publication presents an anthology of texts published since 2010, in addition to other compositions still unpublished, by the Colombian poet Santiago Espinosa in the translation by Emilio Coco. The philosophical thought that supports poetry is "objectified" in icastic representations of strong colors. The writer neither indulges in reflection nor in explanation: the representation is enough for frames apparently unrelated to each other or for vivid impressionist-style hues that blend on the observer's eye: «Cars pass under the arch shoes, // crossing the cables. / And we must close our eyes // not to see what hangs ». The sense of desolation, of abandonment, of nothingness, of manque-à-être, of a nuanced existentialist matrix is "invaded" in powerful and essential images.
