Carotenuto Pierpaolo

Born to a French mother and an Italian father, Pierpaolo Carotenuto completed his studies between his two countries. After a degree in Classical Literature obtained with honors at the University of Milan, he moved towards the Pasolinian research and in particular towards the poetic poetry of the author of Poesie in Casarsa.

After a Masters in Foreign Languages, Literatures and Civilizations at the University of the Sorbonne (Paris IV), he started his teaching career. Result "Second of France" at the public competition "Capes" for the teaching of the Italian language in the French education system, he does not abandon his scholarly activity and undertakes a research doctorate within the prestigious Italian program shared by the Universities of Florence, Bonn and Paris Sorbonne. The object of his research focuses on Franciscanism within the work of Pier Paolo Pasolini.

He has participated as a speaker at important international conferences.

Back in Italy in 2009, he currently teaches the French language at the "Luigi Bocconi" University and at the "Institut français" in Milan. He is also a French linguistic expert at the University of Milan.
