Perilli Lorenzo
Lorenzo Perilli (L’Aquila, 1964) is a classical philologist and historian of ancient philosophical and scientific thought at the Università di Roma Tor Vergata. He has published numerous works in Italy and abroad on the literature of classical antiquity, of ancient medicine and philosophy on classical philology, humanistic informatics. She is also interested in the theory and history of scientific methodology.He translated essays mainly German, English, French for several publishers including Adelphi and Edizioni della Normale.
For his scientific work has won numerous awards and has been awarded of the Premio del Ministro per i Beni Culturali, assigned by the Accademia Nazionale dei Linceiand, in Germany, of the prestigious international award for research "Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel".
He still maintains a strong relationship with the academic and cultural Germany and abroad.
