An anthology of the Italian language production of Prisca Agustoni, poet Swiss Canton of Ticino (but by many other language skills, as seen from the biographical notes). A production of which is difficult to give an idea carried out with the few texts here extracts but essentially centered on the one hand on the Status of Women, the personal but also the historical (as in the collection of hay Sisters of 2002 in which the Agustoni tells life and silences Italian girls at the beginning of the last century started from the Ticino to go for the weavers in the German convents of nuns over the St. Gotthard, where there was a substantial ban on speaking the native language).
Across the cornerstone, the leitmotif is the plural dimension of the border, or the limit of the horizon as a frontier, confinement, language barrier, social, moral, such as door, even intimate, internal, mental, to cross, territory of meeting and reciprocity, such as delivery to the Other and space in which a transformation can take place, an influence, such as - add - takes place between observer and observed in the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.
A plural dimension in mind in this poem, which Fabiano Alborghetti, in her beautiful saggetto final, The enigma clear, from which it derives also the biographical information of the author, does not fail to investigate thoroughly, not forgetting that the border has always been a indispensable topos of the literature. Poetry linear, dry, sometimes minimal, all things considered very "lyrical" and sentimental texts mostly short of a lightness in which the diradature, the blanks (or even here - if you prefer - the boundaries) are also significant , along with invitations for thought for anyone who reads and signs of "a state of alert in which both the sensitivity and the reflection part to capture the smallest details which will then be transformed into images, silences, sounds" (Alborghetti).

INTERMEZZO
dì marmo o dì carbone
Siamo giovani Penelopi.
I nostri mari
tutelano sgabelli.
Nell'andirivieni di aghi
i pedali Singer
sono novene che germinano,
lampade a petrolio
percorrendo
la via dei ciclamini.
Siamo giovani Penelopi
con vecchi retaggi.
ritratto
Le suore sono sentinelle.
Nei loro occhi
i crocifissi e le piaghe
di Cristo
(ma siamo noi
che sentiamo
le pieghe nella pelle).
L'asso nella manica
è lo stufato di fagioli,
il bianco di Genova
la domenica
con il lambicco
del Deutschsprechen, bitte.
filare la voce
A Elvezia piace cantare.
Ma qui non vale
l'argenteria lirica:
i papaveri sono alti
e le persiane
continuano
ermetiche.
miserere nobis
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi,
parce nobis, Domine.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi,
exaudi nos, Domine.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi,
miserere nobis
perché cambiamo
la croce con il cesto,
preferendo il fieno al fiele.
LA SECONDA SPONDA
a ritroso
La notte pulsa contro le tempie.
Imita il movimento della mano
quando schiaccia il sale grigio
con la pietra. Dal riso nascono
i cristalli che onorano la flora.
La neve. L'ultimo pino cembro.
altalena
Seguo l'istinto delle mandrie.
Non cammino più con i piedi.
Volteggio assieme agli alianti.
incubo
il San Gottardo un'insenatura
nei capelli, i crisantemi freschi e
la penuria dei miei cari ritorni
il San Gottardo non è lo stesso
da che ho lasciato i suoi formicai.
Testamento
Deposito fiori nella tramontana.
Così l'esilio prenderà fuoco
in noi, predatrici della semolina
e dei granai.

LE DUNE
lungo il lago
ci sono dune
che si spostano
con gli sguardi
di chi da tempo
vive altrove,
in un transitorio
perimetro,
disinnescando
grammatiche,
corto circuiti
che scavano
ripostigli di cose
nell'esitazione
tra una lingua e l'altra
La finestra galleggia languida nella stanza.
Emerge infine la luce,
con lo scandalo famigliare
delle cose senza nome
che qui insorsero,
con le arance in panico.

La stanza aveva solchi nelle pareti,
una fessura tra le travi di legno
così che la nebbia
dei lunghi mesi invernali
entrasse direttamente
all'imbocco del sonno
da Casa delle ossa (2010)
entrano estranei i pensieri
s'infilano nelle lenzuola
dita e unghie
sulla punta di ogni sillaba
sono lame sottili che si addentrano
nella lingua
per espellere
gli unguenti oleosi
del testo
da Sparsa memoria (2012)
La portarono in sordina
a partorire in città
il prete si prese cura
delle carte ufficiali
la figlia visitò le mura
il Munster e il ponte storico
mentre in paese nessuno
chiese di lei per mesi.
Dai suoi seni le colava
uno strano sangue bianco
mentre le labbra del figlio
rimasero chiuse per mesi,
teneri petali di rosa
nel ventre fossili e sterpi.
Ma le prime parole, tremule,
s'aprirono come s'aprono i cardi
o come i dentini di latte
che spuntano già cariati.
