What is an autoanthology? And how is it done? What criteria can it ever obey? If poetry is a possibility to become oneself, and to meet others, in a dimension that is that of form, of imagination, of the elsewhere that inhabits us, how can one reconstruct and select something that is in books, by now, in a dimension that, for the author, is no more appropriable than it is for any reader? Unless the author accepts to give voice to 'the slender myth' he has pursued and from which he has been repeatedly betrayed against the backdrop of the years, the chronicle and the encounters, and decides to recount what still seems essential to him today for what he has written. Due to the dynamics of memory and the simple fact that all time is the present, this can only become Autofiction. Only the poems remain the same as when they were written and published.
