A geometric and strange place, where however "life seems to take place regularly". The rhythms of the university and of the parties, the more or less common stories of the students, the sensation of moving within the limits of a small map. Then extraordinary events happen, a girl disappears, a mysterious blue bird of prey is spotted, a great character is awaited. Fracture composed of a place looks like a shattered yellow exploded, with echoes from Twin Peaks, whose key, however, can be found, hidden among the folds of a poetic prose.

After a fracture composed of a place (Ladolfi 2019), the author rewinds the tape and retraces the same structure (the place - the names - the voices) and the same time frame, in which the changing seasons are perceptible. This time, however, space is finally given to the girl who disappeared (and her name) before the disappearance, and this may perhaps be an advance towards some understanding of what happened. In the meantime, the place remains the geometric and mysterious one of the previous book, of a university routine continually disturbed and at the same time enchanted by unusual events, a blue bird of prey that "makes a strange contrast with the world below", a guest arriving in the which confused hopes lie.
