Sara Ferraglia's collection of poems is rich in themes, whose inspiration germinates from an identical magmatic world of feelings and affections. Variety, therefore, must be interpreted as openness to the multiform and variable reality with which human beings relate on a daily basis. The underlying relationship is not that of the scholar nor of the chronicler, but is the result of a personal 'sympathy' (according to the Greek meaning of the term 'to feel together', sumpßscw), that is, of an ability to place oneself immediately in the mood or situation of another person by means of an emotional participation.
