This writing does not pretend to be a novel, but also has the awareness of not having the simplicity and comedy of a story. It is a story, the story of my life or better of my heart and of my soul overwhelmed by infinite pain.

Not knowing how to handle my emotions very well or communicate them with the same skill, I found my trick that consists in expressing them by writing and / or cooking.

All the people dear to me are aware of it: occasionally I come to a surprise with little cards and gift pacchettini. With this work, a long flow of words and thoughts, I have combined the two.

With this autobiographical book I try for the first time in a different literary genre without, however, losing the lightness and simplicity of communication that has marked the previous publications.
