Your poems describe the effects of separation and the profile of loneliness. It is not easy to penetrate through these rough trails to describe them effectively - "call by name the suffering" - and in the form of poetry. In the case of your book, though, I think the attempt successful, especially when using the figures of physics in a symbolic, as in 'Unstable balance' or 'lesson of physics' for the note. More: the physical reality generates biology and what we though, from my point of view everything is the result of a mystery that slowly lets you know; mystery that is also in the strings of every human being.

OTTAVIANO AND FLEMISH BRESCIA

The book by journalist describes a city of bright colors, sweet and melancholy

A tip of the compass on Pallata, where an old woman sells to his banquet three lemons for ten pounds, while the other trace a circle that includes square Rovetta, San Faustino, the Carmine and Peace. This magic circle of childhood Alberto Octavian, who is also a childhood of Brescia who still in the years 1948-1957 was largely in the circle of the ancient walls, as Dante would say. Those revived through the experience indelibly fixed in the memory and in the heart of the child, then a teenager, became a journalist and writer, are also the years when the city poor post-war boom of the omens are felt, for a breakthrough but also economic and social and anthropological moral. Still circulate the van warns that with the trumpet the arrival of the ice sticks, and the ice cream that presses on the pedals of his cart, but the holiday is no longer made at the acquaintances of Cain but in Romagna, where you can try the first heartbeat for a little German, while "double or nothing" fills the bars and cinemas. The axis on which turns this world is circumscribed course Mameli, where the author lives in a house around the corner from Pallata. Another focus of the narrative is the tailoring of the military father in the district of Carmel, with a thousand drawers full of stars and insignia for uniforms of order and out of order.

RaiNewsBlogFrom the preface by Claudio Damiani

Alessandra Palombo as the ability to enclose things and make them look. It 'a magic because the object invisible before, then comes out of the hat as a dove.
In poetry the words are always "forced", in verse, in the form, in the metric. Alessandra forces them even more, as when she writes tautogrammi, ie texts in which words are forced to begin all with the same letter.
These "Crafts" are not tautogrammi, but the case never epigrams, short poems that contain a picture, a character framed, caged in his craft. Between craft and character there is a total fusion, a mixture inextricable, and for this there is no need for the words to be forced, and can therefore begin with the letter they want.

Nell’ora del tramonto anche i pesci,

per un istante, smettono di nuotare.

È terra sospesa, impotente.

È mondo arreso, indolente.

Sei tu che ancora vivi:

ogni istante conserva una via di fuga,

osserva con attenzione.

E talvolta io vorrei,

vorrei tu fossi silenzio.

filosofia coverPlacing itself on the level of philosophical anthropology, access key and primary method vilegiato to put in terms not simplistic question about the proprium of the party, Francesco Russo outlines, in this brief essay, the constitutive features of one of the most characteristic of existential living historical man: which celebrate the universal dimension of the experience. Refusing to situate his investigation on a purely descriptive, the author of the text that we analyze considers it necessary to pose the question in a more radical, thus tracing a path from phenomenology points strongly in the direction of hermeneutics. An analysis purely statistical or sociological, in fact, would access not, in the opinion of the A., The level more interesting and founding of similar problem, immediately placed among the most serious and vital social fabric and existential of every human coexistence.

ALESSANDRA PALOMBO, Mestieri, Giuliano Ladolfi Editore, Borgomanero 2014
